    Pros +

    • Position and very friendly staff.
    • Nice location, parking, short walk to town centre.
    • Check out. As easily the worst hotel I've ever stayed at !!!

    Cons -

    • It felt run down and was noisy after midnight.
    • Breakfast did not exist. This was due to the fact that half the hotel is a building site !! The central heating didn't work so we had an electric heater 1 between 2 rooms. Asked repeatedly to different members of staff for an extra one and was told they would bring one up. This did not happen !!! Rooms had cob webs everywhere and not very clean. Would loved to have complained but no one around at check out to speak to !!
    • Shower didn't really work, water was not really hot Carpet had rip's in them, personally need a revamp

    The view from the windows

Heating not working but I was not told that even after asking manager directly on arrival to check the radiators , when I came back 2 hours later staff claimed they knew nothing about my request , tvs not working and it turned out that that was known - renovation work no doubt to blame noisy no breakfast asked several times for a blanket ended up getting one on fourth request middle of the night, so cold I changed rooms 6.30 am - that was a better experience though the tv still was not working and wifi was not strong enough connection to be useful at least there were no cobwebs in the bathroom. And the lamp shades were not damaged. Two staff agreed hotel should not be hosting guests .

    Location and view

Building work that they didn’t tell us aboutVery very small roomDragging cases without help to the third floor

The hotel was situated across the road from the Thames which was absolutely stunning. Even though the hotel is currently under renovation the staff catered for all our needs. The staff directed us to a lovely little park side cafe called Jennas which served the best food. Would highly recommend a visit here.

Was a shame the restaurant was under renovation.

    Proximity to Legoland

We stayed in October but when we checked in the valves to our radiators were off. The room took until the middle of the night to actually heat up. We had all wore jumpers to bed so then woke up to take them off. Please Uno Hotel, if guests are checking in ensure heating is on prior to arrival!

Served raw chicken with no offering of refund or any sort of apology for my lovely spout food poisoning

Fabulous location. Iconic view of the river. Available at short notice. Bed was comfortable. Cafe round the corner served a good breakfast.

Hard to locate. Street signage name doesn’t match entry in Booking. Property undergoing renovation: second floor room with no lift and no help to carry luggage. Work persons (hammering directly on the floor of the room above for an hour after my late afternoon arrival ) triggered the fire alarm. Curtains had come off the rail in places, letting in light from the (busy) road below. A choice of ventilation or street noise. Shower lacked pressure. No hot water. Towels had seen better days.

    Location

Work men until 9pm, banging in room next to me. Not very clean. Unwashed decorative pillow. Stained walls and ceiling, very worn. Locks which. didn't work.

Do go here if your disabled

No disabled rooms but advertised as having them. No wheelchair access & had to try & walk up flights of stairs & long corridor to access room & being disabled i found this very hard to do! Will not stay again

Ideal location, friendly staff, bar/restaurant, and clean rooms.

A bit of road noise but nothing the hotel can do about that!

Great location for Thames Path Walkers, and great welcome, and very comfortable!

I liked it all…perhaps could have been quieter in the evening….
